Rogue Paq currently offers 3 domestic shipping methods from our PA fulfillment center. International and Canadian orders will be calculated in real time at checkout.

All Rogue Paq orders ship from Pennsylvania. USPS or UPS ground shipping; for any order in the USA over $70 the order ships free. For an up-charge, which varies by order and destination, goods can be shipped by air. International orders will be verified by Rogue Paq via email sent to the email address used to process the order. We always make every effort on behalf of our customers to ship in the most timely fashion, so please email us email@example.com with any special shipping requests. Standard USPS and UPS rates apply. Goods are most typically shipped on the business day that follows the date of the order. Some outlier situations may require extra preparation time, in which case you will hear from Rogue Paq. Personalized items can take up to two weeks to ship but typically ship in 1-3 business days.
Please note that we can not ship to Post Office boxes (PO boxes) if UPS is selected.
Delivery occurs in 1 to 6 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification. Processing may take up to 48 hours depending on what time the order was placed. We make every effort to process and ship as quickly as possible. Please note that Personalized items can take up to two weeks to ship but typically ship in 1-3 business days.
Ground delivery to Hawaii and parts of Alaska may take more than 7 business days.
Expedited 3 Business Days
Delivery occurs in 3 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification. Personalized items may take longer to ship but we will make every effort to ship as quickly as possible.
Delivery typically occurs 5-7 business days (excluding holidays) but during holiday periods, shipping can be slower.
Expedited 3 Day orders are given top priority.
Rogue Paq will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not available at the time of order processing.
You will be contacted by e-mail with a tracking number when your order leaves our distribution center.
Please note: a customer signature may be required for Expedited 3 Day deliveries, and all shipments over $500.
For International and Canadian Orders Only:
We cannot guarantee you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs taxes or import duties are charged by the carrier you select once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
- Preparation Fees - based on the $CAD value of the package (some examples are: $40-$60 value is $16.75 // $150-$200 value is $30.40 // $500-$750 value is $75.75)
- COD Fee - CAD$5
- Bond Fee 2.7% of the value of the package with a minimum of CAD$6
- Bond Fee - 2.7% of the value of the package with a minimum of CAD$10
**HOLIDAY UPDATE: Purchases made between 11/15-12/31 will have 60 days from the date of purchase to return/exchange non-personalized items.
Subject to these Terms, Products that have not been personalized may be exchanged or returned for a credit within thirty (30) days of the date that the original purchase order was submitted, or may be returned for a full refund (except personalized items), within fourteen (14) days of the date that the original purchase order was submitted when accompanied by the confirmation email and/or order number. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned Products. Any Product returned for exchange, credit or refund must be returned in its original condition (as determined in Rogue Paq’s sole discretion).
How to Return or Exchange Your Order:
If you wish to exchange a Product for a different Product, you must return the original Product and purchase the new item separately. We will endeavor to process your refund within three (3) business days of receiving your package. Please ship all returns to:
