The Inside-Out Roll: For the purist who values flavor above all else, the Inside-Out (or Dutch) Roll is the ultimate technique. Essentially, it’s a regular filtered joint that’s rolled with the paper folded inside out. The important part is that the glue strip faces out and not in. You then roll the joint backwards so that the glue strip tucks in first. By back-rolling your joint, the remaining flap of rolling paper can be removed using scissors rather than being wrapped as a second layer. This delivers the cleanest, most direct taste of your terpenes, proving that sometimes, the most luxurious thing is simplicity itself.
